Sent2Coventry is our annual fundraising event held every year in July.

Started in 2012 as a one nighter, Sent2Coventry has now evolved into a weekend Biker party full of fun with free camping, hot food and Live music provided by some of the best local talent available.

Each year we raise funds for Charities nominated by our Members. To help us achieve this we line up some great bands for your entertainment on both Friday and Saturday nights as well as various acoustic slots appearing during Saturday afternoon. We also have a ride in Bike show held on Saturday afternoon with the winner being decided by you, our guests. The winner receiving a Trophy and a bottle of Jack Daniels. There is also a trophy for the runner up slot. New to Sent 2 Coventry and a favourite for our guests is the slow race where competitors ride their Bikes as slow as possible over a pre-determined course on a knockout basis. The overall winner takes away a trophy and a bottle of Jack Daniels. The trophies we hand out are one offs, usually hand made by one of our members. We also have various trade and food stalls. All this plus free camping and don’t forget, hot food is available with the obligatory Full English Brekkie to soak up those hangover blues.

What makes this event so popular is the great atmosphere coupled with music provided by some of the best bands from around these parts. All the bands give us their time free of charge and it is thanks to them that Sent2Coventry has become a must do event… we believe the bands really enjoy it too as they keep coming back!1005735_629934290359095_1503526617_n

All this is only possible thanks to the help and dedication of our members and our many Musical friends who lend their time and expertise free of charge to ensure we put on a great show with a special mention for David Seeley, lead Vocalist in Dark Horses and Chris Clarke, Lead Guitarist with the Guitar Heroes. These guys knows the ropes having played for us many times and have provided us with many hours of Rock ‘n’ Roll pleasure. Thanks Guys.

The only thing we ask is that if you have enjoyed the bands go and see them at their next gig and show them your support.

One of my best memories from Sent2Coventry is walking around the camping field in the early hours hearing impromptu Acoustic jam sessions springing up from under canvas… these guys can’t get enough, great fun! Ian.P.
